When you use our website contact form, we collect exactly four fields: your name, email address, inquiry category, and message content. The purpose is strictly to answer your enquiry.

Services we use

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Vercel Firewall for rate limiting. The message is transmitted securely via the Resend email provider directly to our business mailbox. We do not store your submission in any application database.

Website Measurement

We count page views and how often visitors follow a "View on eBay" link, using Vercel Web Analytics. This tells us which products people are actually interested in.

No cookies are set and no identifier is stored on your device. We do not collect your IP address, build a profile, or track you across other websites, and nothing collected here identifies you. The only detail recorded alongside a referral is which product page it came from. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this needs no cookie banner and no consent.

The email address you provide

Because you do not log in, the email address you provide is used as an unverified Reply-To address. We cannot independently confirm your identity before responding.

How long we keep messages

Routine contact mail is retained in our business mailbox for at most 12 months. Enquiries subject to an explicit legal or dispute hold may be retained longer as required to resolve the matter.
